This registration is for Alliance Française leaders attending the full convention, including workshops, meetings, and official convention events.
If you are registering as an Alliance Française leader:
- Federation of AF USA member chapters: Register below.
- Non-member chapters: Please register here.
If you are registering as a guest:
- Guests, spouses, and local Alliance Française members: Please register here for receptions, special events, and select activities.

- All convention attendees must purchase the Full Registration package.
- Optional events are first come, first served and require separate sign-up during registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. To ensure fairness and cover administrative costs, the Federation has established the following cancellation policy:
- A $25 administrative fee will be applied to all registration cancellations.
- Cancellations made on or before September 22, 2026 will be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 22, 2026.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. To cancel your registration, please email federation@afusa.org with your full name, chapter name, and registration details.
