Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. To ensure fairness and cover administrative costs, the Federation has established the following
cancellation policy:
A $25 administrative fee will be applied to all registration cancellations.
Cancellations made on or before September 22, 2026 will be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after September 22, 2026.
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request. To cancel your registration, please email
federation@afusa.org with your full name, chapter name, and registration details.
