Schedule Overview

Thursday, April 15 — Evening Kick-Off
Opening cocktail reception chez our Secretary, Philippe Poirier, to welcome attendees, network, and initiate the mid-year gathering.

Friday, April 16 — Full-Day Business Meetings
Full day of working sessions and collaborative discussions at the Alliance Française de Philadelphie, followed by a Board dinner.
Meetings will be available via Zoom for those not able to attend in person. 

Saturday, April 17 — Morning Session & Cultural Afternoon
Morning: Half-day of meetings at the Sofitel concluding at lunchtime. (Please note that these meetings will not be available to attend via Zoom.) This will conclude the offical Board Meeting.
Afternoon: Cultural excursions to Philadelphia’s premier art institutions (e.g., the Barnes Foundation, the Rodin Museum, or the Calder Gardens), follwed by dinner for whoever is still in town and would like to join.
