Alliance Française organizations of all sizes go through life cycles of upswings and downswings over time. When new leadership comes on the scene of an Alliance Française whose growth is stagnant, or which is facing tough challenges such as declining profitability and low visibility, they must devise and implement strategies to turn the ship around or rekindle growth. In this workshop we’ll feature case studies of success from leaders of three Alliance chapters of different sizes: AF San Diego, AF Houston and L’Alliance New York.  They’ll share the key challenges they faced and how they are addressing them—providing specific examples of hard-won achievements that can help inspire AFs in their quest for growth, success and long-term stability.
