Program Cost

Program cost:

$1,850 for homestay participants

$1,350 for hotel-based participants

$500 for travel partners 

Payment in 3 installments:

Registration
$50 deposit due upon online registration

April 16, 2025:
$900 for homestay participants
$650 for hotel-based participants
$250 for travel partners

May 16, 2025:
$900 for homestay participants
$650 for hotel-based participants
$250 for travel partners

Excluded from the program fee are:

•        Transportation to and from Bordeaux (to be arranged on your own)
•        For homestay participants: lunches
•        For hotel-based participants: all meals and accommodation
•        As required by the AFB, participants must purchase insurance for the length of the program. It must include repatriation, health and liability coverage.
•        Chapter membership (the participant’s chapter must also be a FAFUSA Chapter member)
•        Incidentals
