Exchange of ideas

As the mission of the Federation is to support the goals of the member chapters, our national organization offers practical help through information exchange forums such as our Annual Meeting, our web site, regional meetings and occasional communications documenting “best practices.”
Members are invited to join Federation committees, submit articles for the Federation Forum, and seek solutions for local problems from Board members or other experienced Alliance Française partners.
All chapters are encouraged to participate in the One Book-One Federation reading program.
Web Site Services

The Federation encourages member chapters to create their own web sites. The Web Site Services explains all the steps to have access to FREE hosting on the Federation server or to a FREE web site template.
Administrative assistance

The new Federation Managing Consultant offers support services on many administrative matters, as well as some liability insurance opportunities.
Educational guidance

The Education Committee brings together the teaching Alliances and disseminates information about running adult and children’s classes, selecting teaching materials, setting up test centers, and community outreach activities.
Financial and cultural support

Member chapters may apply for special grants and awards.
All chapters who submit their dues and fill out the Federation questionnaire receive a complimentary one-year subscription to France-Amérique.
