March Meeting

The next meeting of l’Alliance Française will be held in two weeks on Saturday, March 20th, at Prima 140, 2523 S. 140th Avenue (just north of 140th & West Center).  Our program will be a presentation by Orv Menard titled “Gastronomy, Cuisine and Political Symbolism in France.”  M. Menard is a retired political science professor at UNO.

   11 A.M.  French Conversation Group

   Noon  Lunch

   1 P.M.   Program

Lunch will be $16 and will include your entrée, coffee, tea, tax and tip.  Wine will be available by the glass.  You may choose from the following entrées :

  Veal Scallopini Veronese

    -herb breaded with capers & lime

  Broiled Salmon Filet

    -citrus sauce; wild rice

  Broiled Lemon Chicken Breast

    -red wine herb sauce & Mediterranean salsa

  Fettuccine Alfredo (vegetarian)

    -cream, garlic & Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
